Do you come out to the hotels at Schiphol, and does it matter which side of the airport I am on?
Airport hotels are served by arrangement rather than as a standing service, and the side you are on is part of what we check. Send the hotel name and the room number when you message and we will tell you what is possible for that address at that hour instead of promising it in advance on a page.
I am in the air until eleven tonight. Can I get this settled now, while I still have wifi?
That is the better way to do it. Use the WhatsApp button on this site, or Telegram, and send the hotel, the room if you have it, the length you want and the time you expect to be through the doors. A confirmation with a name and an arrival window comes back in the same thread, whatever the hour where you are landing.
My inbound is already showing delayed. If it slips another two hours, does the booking just move?
Only within limits. Send the new time to the same thread straight away. One free move per booking is allowed when it is asked for more than twenty-four hours ahead; a delay that surfaces on the day is measured on the notice scale instead, so half the deposit is kept as fee already earned if she has not yet set out, and the rest either comes back or travels with the booking to the later hour if that hour can still be agreed. Schedules that hold to the minute are rare on this side of the business, and we plan around that. If the delay turns into a cancellation and an unplanned night at an airport hotel, send that too; a booking for the new address is arranged in the thread.
I have about two hours between flights and a room by the terminal. Is that long enough to be worth doing?
Two hours in the building is less than two hours in the room once you account for the walk and the arrival window, so the honest answer is that one hour is the booking that fits, and it fits properly rather than in a rush. If the gap is nearer three, ninety minutes or two hours is the better use of it. If the gap is under ninety minutes, tell us and we will say so.
I am staying in town tonight instead, not out at the airport. Does that change anything?
Only the timing, and not by much. Anywhere in central Amsterdam the arrival window is forty to sixty minutes, the same figure at two in the afternoon and at four in the morning, and the same wherever in the centre you are staying. Airport hotels are the ones settled on enquiry.
Does the hotel need to be told anything?
Usually not. She arrives as any visitor would, carrying an ordinary bag, and goes to the room number you gave her, so there is nothing for you to set up in advance. Airport hotels each have their own rules for visitors, and if yours asks guests to come down and meet them in the lobby, say so when you book and the visit will start there.
English is my third language and it is worse at midnight. What else is spoken?
English throughout, and a good many other first languages across the forty-five therapists on the roster. Say which one you would rather be speaking when you message, and the reply names who speaks it and is free at that hour; if nobody is, you are told so plainly.
My flight is at seven and I need to be up at four. Is an overnight sensible, or am I paying for hours I will be asleep for?
The overnight is a fixed eight-hour block at one fare and those hours are yours to use as you like, sleep included, guests with an early departure usually start it late and go from the room to the terminal. Tell us the flight time when you book so the eight hours sit in the right place. If the night in front of you is shorter than that, two or three hours is the more sensible spend.
I have been awake around twenty hours and cannot make another decision today. Which one do people in my position take?

A few hours ahead is comfortable in the evening; between two and six in the morning, ask as early as you can. For one guest the pair costs two single hours for each hour booked, at every length; a couple with two therapists pays twice that again.
There is one woman on the roster I would like. What happens if she is not working tonight?
Name her in the first message and the reply will tell you plainly whether she is free, already booked, or not working that night. Nobody else comes in her place without you being asked first. If she cannot make it, the reply can name others on the roster who speak the same language or work in a similar way, and you decide whether that suits the night or whether you would rather book her for another evening.
I am still on the train in from the airport. Can I book now and send the room number later?
Yes, and it saves time. Send the hotel, the hour and the length from the train, confirm when the reply comes back, and add the room number as soon as reception has handed you a key card. In the centre the forty-to-sixty-minute arrival window runs from confirmation, so a booking made on the way in tends to put her at the door not long after you have put your bag down.
Do you need a deposit or my card details to hold the booking?
Yes, on nearly every booking: half the fee, written into the thread once the hour is agreed and paid by card or, if you prefer, by Revolut, Wise or crypto before she sets out. Every Schiphol and airport-hotel booking carries it, and so does a first booking anywhere; only a returning client's same-day hour or two in the city is paid entirely at the door. No account and no copy of any document is ever requested. A request for gift cards, a bank transfer, money asked for before the hour has been agreed, or a payment link arriving from a stranger or from any other thread did not come from this house, so stop there and use the WhatsApp button on this site instead. How old are the therapists, and is there a minimum age for guests?
Everyone on the roster is twenty-one or over, and each profile gives her age. The same line holds on the other side of the door: guests must be twenty-one or over, without exception, and if she cannot satisfy herself about everyone in the room, she leaves before the session starts. Nothing on this site is meant for anyone younger, which is why visitors are asked to confirm their age before they browse.
She is already here and I would like more time. Can the booking be extended?
Often, yes. Ask her before the booked time runs out and she will check whether her next booking leaves room. For one guest each extra hour costs the single rate with one therapist or twice it with two, a couple pays double either figure, and it is settled at the moment it is added in the same way as the balance. If her schedule is full, the booking ends as planned, and you can arrange another session later in the night or on the following evening.
I am in a rented apartment rather than a hotel. Do you still come out?
Yes. The service is outcall to wherever you are staying in central Amsterdam, and that covers apartments, short-stay rentals and private homes as well as hotel rooms. Send the street address and, if the building has them, the floor and the name on the buzzer, so she is not left waiting outside the wrong door. The arrival window and the fare are exactly the same as they would be for a hotel room.
Two of us are sharing one room on a city break. How does that work?
The usual arrangement is two therapists, one for each of you, working in the same room at the same time, at the couple rate for two therapists: each hour costs four times what one guest alone pays for one therapist, whether the booking runs one hour, two or three. Say in the first message that the booking is for two guests, and mention anything about the room that might make space tight. Both guests need to be twenty-one or over, and both need to actually want the booking.
How far from the airport will you travel?
The roster covers central Amsterdam, and the hotels at and immediately around Schiphol by arrangement. If your hotel sits somewhere in between, or you are not sure whether it counts as one of the airport hotels, send the address anyway. You will get a clear yes or no, with timing, before anything is agreed, rather than a hopeful answer that comes apart at two in the morning.
Is the price any different at an airport hotel?
The ladder itself does not change: for one guest, the single hourly fare and the fixed eight-hour overnight with one therapist, or double the hour and sixteen single hours for the night with two. What differs is that the airport hotels are by arrangement, so the journey time is agreed with you before anything is fixed. Whatever you agree there is the complete figure, and nothing further is added when she reaches the door.
How private is the conversation, and who else sees it?
The thread stays between you and the house, and it is kept to what the booking needs: a place, a time, a length and a name. The hotel is never contacted, and nothing is sent to you by email, post or text message afterwards. On your side the conversation exists only on your own phone, so you can delete it the moment she leaves. At no stage do you need to give a surname.
I am in Amsterdam for three nights. Can the same therapist come back tomorrow?
Yes, if she is working. Mention it during the first booking, or send a fresh message the next day asking for her by name. Repeat bookings are confirmed in the thread just as first ones are, a returning client's same-day hour or two in the city is the one booking paid entirely on arrival, and there is no obligation to book the same person again. If she is not available that night, the reply will say so and can name others who speak the same language.
Is this a clinical or sports massage for an injury?
No. None of the techniques on this site is a clinical or sports treatment, and no therapist will assess, diagnose or work on an injury. If you have a specific physical problem, a muscle pulled hauling luggage off a belt, say, or a condition that makes pressure unwise, see a qualified professional and mention it before booking anything here. What is offered is an unhurried massage in your own room, and nothing more clinical than that.
How do I know the woman who knocks is the one I booked?
The confirmation names her, and her page on the roster shows her photographs, her age and the languages she speaks. The therapist at the door is the woman named in the thread. If for any reason a booking has to change hands, a delay on her side for example, you are told before anyone sets out and asked whether the new name suits you, rather than being surprised in the corridor.
My connection was rebooked to tomorrow. What happens to the deposit on tonight's overnight?
That turns on when the booking conversation hears about it. An overnight for one guest with one therapist is confirmed with half of its fixed sum as the deposit. A rebooked flight is a change on your side rather than force majeure, and it follows the notice scale: with more than twenty-four hours to go, the whole deposit comes back; inside that window, before she has left, half of the deposit is kept as fee already earned and the other half is repaid; once she is on her way, the deposit is kept. If another client takes the night, the whole deposit is repaid, and if you can show the house lost less than it kept, it keeps less. Asked with more than a day to spare, one move to a date within fourteen days costs nothing.
I land at six after a red-eye, have never booked with the house, and want ninety minutes at my hotel by Schiphol. Do I send anything before she sets out?
Yes, half, and for two separate reasons: it is your first booking, and the room is at an airport hotel, which is by arrangement, with the journey time agreed with you before anything is fixed. Ninety minutes is confirmed with half of its fare, asked for once the hour is agreed in the booking conversation, by card or, if you prefer, by Revolut, Wise or crypto. Because the session falls on the same day, you also confirm in that thread that you want it performed at once. The remaining half changes hands at the door. On a later trip, a same-day hour or two in a room in the city is paid entirely on arrival.
My gate time moved forward and I can only stay for the first of the two hours I booked. What do I owe?
If she has not left yet, tell the booking conversation at once, and the booking can simply become a single hour. Once she is in the room, both hours stay due: the time was held for you, she travelled out to reach you, and the second hour cannot be offered to anyone else at that point in the night. Nothing is charged beyond the fee for the reserved time.
Who decides what a session in an airport hotel room includes?
Your therapist decides, and she tells you where her limits are. Any booking may be declined by her, before it reaches her or after, and she need give no reason. A visit can be ended by her at any point. Press a limit she has named and the visit is over on the spot, which is to say with her inside your room; the hour was held under your name, and she had driven out to the airport before any of it, and the fee for the reserved time remains due, not a cent more being added, as the terms record.
I am between flights. Will she want to see a passport or other ID?
She may ask. The guest who books and anyone else in the room must be twenty-one or over, so she may ask for a photo document on arrival. She looks it over and returns it straight away; it is never copied, scanned or photographed, and nothing from it is written down. Unless she can satisfy herself about everyone present, she leaves before the session begins, as the age statement sets out in full.
