An airport has no closing time
Schiphol handles departures and arrivals from early morning to late night, and the hotels around it serve guests whose days start at any hour. A pilot sleeping in the afternoon, a family rebooked at midnight, a consultant landing from Asia at dawn: each of them has a different idea of what evening is. A service for these rooms cannot keep office hours. So it does not: someone on the roster is available at every hour, each therapist choosing her own, and the rate is the same whenever the session begins.
