One message with the hotel, the room, the hour and the length. The confirmation comes back inside ten minutes with a name and a time — and the name is the one you asked for.
On WhatsApp, naming Claire, the hotel, the room number, the hour and how long. If the hotel is at the airport, say so.
If she is free for that hour we come back with a time. If she is not, we say so rather than sending somebody else in her place.
Payment on arrival: cash in any major currency at the day's rate, card, or crypto. The hour starts when the door closes.
