Two hours is where the work sits most comfortably, and three is less an extravagance than a sensible response to a long flight.

If she is free for that hour we come back with a time. If she is not, we say so rather than sending somebody else in her place.
Payment on arrival: cash in any major currency at the day's rate, card, or crypto. The hour starts when the door closes.
