Funny in a dry, undemanding way. She can tell the difference between a guest who wants to unwind and one who would rather be left in peace with the work being done. A hotel near the Dam or Rembrandtplein takes her almost no time to reach, even once the trams have stopped for the night. English is all she offers, and by that hour it is all anybody has the energy to use. Hours through to overnights, booked by message and confirmed in writing, whatever the clock says.
Lucy decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.

One message with the hotel, the room, the hour and the length. The confirmation comes back inside ten minutes with a name and a time, and the name is the one you asked for or, if she is taken, you hear so before anything is fixed.
Her answer
If she takes that hour, the reply confirms a time. If she is not free, the reply says so plainly, and whether to choose someone else is up to you.
She knocks
The balance is paid on arrival by card, in crypto, or in cash; prices are in euro, and any other currency is taken at the exact amount confirmed in writing before she sets out. The hour starts when the door closes.
