your door
She works in Italian and English and has spent twenty-seven years learning not to hurry. That suits guests who have crossed several time zones and are no longer certain what day it is. Most of the hotels are close enough that the wait is forty minutes to an hour rather than an evening, whatever the ring road has decided to do. The eight-hour bookings end when the alarm does, and she is awake before it. Whatever state a flight has left somebody in, she takes it as it comes and asks nothing back.
Rita decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.

Booking Rita
One message with the hotel, the room, the hour and the length. The confirmation comes back inside ten minutes with a name and a time, and the name is the one you asked for or, if she is taken, you hear so before anything is fixed.
Her answer
If she takes that hour, the reply confirms a time. If she is not free, the reply says so plainly, and whether to choose someone else is up to you.
She knocks
The balance is paid on arrival by card, in crypto, or in cash; prices are in euro, and any other currency is taken at the exact amount confirmed in writing before she sets out. The hour starts when the door closes.
