The work is methodical, long and even and deliberate, which suits a ninety-minute booking far better than a rushed hour before a gate. Guests who come off a night flight and cannot organise a sentence find her restful for exactly that reason, and say so the next time they land. Any hour at all is possible, the airport hotels included when it is arranged in advance, and the whole night when the flight out is not until evening.
Ruby decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.

One message with the hotel, the room, the hour and the length. The confirmation comes back inside ten minutes with a name and a time, and the name is the one you asked for or, if she is taken, you hear so before anything is fixed.
Her answer
If she takes that hour, the reply confirms a time. If she is not free, the reply says so plainly, and whether to choose someone else is up to you.
She knocks
The balance is paid on arrival by card, in crypto, or in cash; prices are in euro, and any other currency is taken at the exact amount confirmed in writing before she sets out. The hour starts when the door closes.
