Her guests are usually somewhere in the middle of a long journey and not at their most articulate about it, which suits a manner that is composed and slightly wry. A tired guest is not required to be entertaining, and nothing about the hour is remarked upon at any point. The crossing takes twenty to thirty minutes, no differently on a Saturday than on a Tuesday, and no differently at four than at nine. An hour, a night, or any of the stretches in between, and the longer ones tend to be the ones people repeat.

One message with the hotel, the room, the hour and the length. The confirmation comes back inside ten minutes with a name and a time — and the name is the one you asked for.
On WhatsApp, naming Victoria, the hotel, the room number, the hour and how long. If the hotel is at the airport, say so.
If she is free for that hour we come back with a time. If she is not, we say so rather than sending somebody else in her place.
Payment on arrival: cash in any major currency at the day's rate, card, or crypto. The hour starts when the door closes.
