Why an airport booking carries a deposit

At an airport the word deposit suggests something that comes back, like a coin in a luggage trolley or a hold on a rental car. This one does not. It is 50 percent of the ladder price, fixed, never a range and never negotiated, named in writing in the thread at the moment the office accepts a booking, and settled before the therapist sets out.

Which bookings carry it

Half in advance confirms:

• any booking made more than 24 hours before its start, which covers most sessions arranged from the far end of a trip;
• every overnight;
• every booking for two therapists;
